I have a very bizarre situation in production environment of my work space where not all of the emails are been sent when the ssrs report is been published to go out.
For example i have three emails(not real emails) like farhan.jamil@jaswant .com,farhan-jamil@jaswant .com,farhan_jamil@xyz .com
So the one that is being picked when the report is about to be published is farhan.jamil@jaswant .com,farhan-jamil@jaswant .com,farhan_jamil
So two people on the list recieved the email but the third person didnt receive it as somehow the report is not picking full email address.
I have
- Checked the logs to see if their was any error on the published report causing a problem
- I have also check the report subscription and can confirm all email is genuine (as it is company email)and it is correctly entered.
To be precise the company report that is creating a problem has about 12 people on the email list and 7 received it whereas 5 didn't receive it
Not sure what exactly it is
Can anyone guide me here to get to the root cause of the problem
