edgeHub sometimes loses subscriptions when restarted

Question

What is the progress on the issue being tracked in the link below? Has it been fixed in any released version of iotedge? I observed it using 1.0.10 and I'm still seeing it with 1.1.3.

The Development team updated the github issue and reported that the fix was implemented on Version 1.2. The fix is coming to Version 1.1 as well :).
