Graphics Card Keeps Getting Disabled Causing Lost Signal To Monitor And Having To Shutdown Forcefully.

Hi.
I've been having a lot of issues with my computer throughout the last month, it started with various problems such as blue screens and crashing, But for like 2 weeks now i'm having the same issue over and over again and I haven't found a fix for it yet. I've read a lot of forums and different ways of fixing it and tried most of them but haven't got a result.
The problem is while playing games (mostly in Dota2 and Elden ring ,or even a few times while just browsing in internet) I lose my display and the monitor loses signal to computer and after a few seconds i hear a disconnecting sound from my headset (that later I found out is my headset's microphone) Although i keep hearing the programs from my headset and even while a Youtube video is being played i can press Space on keyboard and pause it or even close the tab with mouse by clicking the top right corner ( obviously no display so i just drag the mouse to the top right corner and click) and close the browser and i know its being closed cause the sounds stops . anyway after that i get forced to push the Power button for a few seconds and forcefully shutdown the system .
After Rebooting i open device manager and Everytime my GPU ( Radeon Rx580) Is Disabled by Windows and i should Enable Or Uninstall the device then reboot the computer . after the second reboot everything is fine gpu is running normally and everything UNTIL it happens all over again . Device Manager Gpu Disabled , After Enabling it I get this Message After Enabling But When i Reboot Its fixed.
I've Tried formatting C drive and reinstalling windows . I've Tried updating my gpu drivers . tried doing Amd Cleanup in SafeMode and then installing the driver with driver booster and or amd adrenaline . I've tried updating amd chipset drivers . I've tried turning windows driver auto update policy and settings off so it doesnt update my drivers. Im clueless right now does anyone have any solution pls ? even if you point me to the direction of the problem that would do it!

This issue is very wide spread, I have a 6600 xt with windows 11 and have never had issues until the last update, now it disables my 6600 and after some time will disable the igpu also causing a black screen hard reset, Microsoft Fix your trash, all examples of ddu on gpu, checking monitors, turning updates off, registry edits, group policy edits, rom replacements, psu replacing, resetting bios, pulling cmos, clean installs etc don't work, roll backs also don't work, it's obvious it's not on the user side and should be addressed, it's ridiculous a company does nothing after breaking so many computers

I BEG OF U; PLEASE, HELP US!!!!

I AM LOSING MY MIND OVER THIS ISSUE!!!! :"(

    GOT DANG ET AL

I had this issue with a brand-new PC. I bought the new PC on January 3. 2024. It had this same issue for months. I've tried everything I know and learned a lot by trying stuff out to the point where I was so frustrated that I switched to my old PC. I was convinced that the problem was occurring because of my graphics card and because Windows kept disabling my graphics driver.

A few days ago, I tried to give it another go. And I think I found the problem.

What seems to have caused the issue was a RAM stick. I had 32 GB of RAM installed, and when I removed one stick the PC just worked normally.

Just so you know, I am not very knowledgeable about computers, especially about hardware. But this seems to have worked for me.
