    Hi there,

I'm Cherrelyn, I'm here to help and and I understand how important it is to have your BitLocker recovery key backed up. Please try to search all Microsoft accounts you might have used sometimes users accidentally save it under a different one. Check if the key was saved locally by opening File Explorer and typing: Control Panel\System and Security\BitLocker Drive Encryption Then select “Back up your recovery key” if the option is available. If it's not listed anywhere, the recovery key may not have been saved at all which unfortunately means it can’t be retrieved later. I recommend backing it up now to a safe place like a USB, external drive, or printing it out.

Let me how it goes, I'm here to guide you for further assistance.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn
