Error code - 3402

I was logged into Microsoft Teams.

I got logged out automatically.

I have a MacBook Air. It will not allow me to enter my valid login details.

The application keeps restarting and won't close unless I force quit it.

I have deleted the application and redownloaded it but it did not help.

Error code - 3402

    1. If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the dock, and then select Quit, or press Command (⌘)-Q. (If it was not allowing you to quit, then go to apple icon on top corner > force quit > select Teams and try again until it does quit).
    2. In the Finder, open the /Applications/Utilities folder, and then double-click Terminal. (you will find it with black icon).
    3. Enter the following command, and then press Return: Copy the below line rm -r ~/Library/Application\ Support/Microsoft/Teams
    4. It must return % (this sign (%) must be appeared).
    5. Try again inserting the command until it return: there is no such file.
    6. Restart Teams.

    Have a nice day.

    Hi Femy

Thanks for the prompt response. Followed alls steps until 3. Used the command shared, but no luck.

Tried couple of times continuously. It gave the below error.

    XXXX-MacBook-Pro:~ ****$ m -r ~/Library/Application\ Support/Microsoft/Teams

    -bash: m: command not found

Not sure if I am missing some thing here.

    Thanks

    Sridhar
