App service stop reading .htaccess and web.config files.

My website inner/sub page on refresh showing 404 not found from last 6 days. This start happening after your automated scheduled update. Server is not reading .htaccess file and web.config file from last 6 days. Can technical team reset settings to start reading the .htaccess file.
