Can you please share the file format in ADLS ? If you can share the some data , that will help us repro the issue .
From the error it looks to be that the some fields are NULL and pipeline is expecting something else .Please do let me know how it goes .

Thanks for Your Support and as per Discussion the file format in ADLS is CSV Format.Data Factory Pipelines :
This is the master pipeline that loads the HR files from FTP to ADLS, and then from ADLS to synapse into the respective tables, after which stored procedures are applied to transform the data to final tables.
The source file path (FTP), Target file path (ADLS, Default value: Development/HR/Incrementals) source file name, respective stage table name (to which the data should be loaded) are fetched as a result from the lookup query and are passed to the copy component as parameters. This pipeline loads the source file from FTP to the specified path in ADLS.
