May I know if you tried the following:
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP/POP3):
Server: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP3) or
443
Encryption: SSL/TLS
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
Server: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
