    Hi @MicheleCasazza-6919,

Unfortunately, this can't be done by using the SPO Online Search.

I don't think it's possible to crawl content from Azure File Shares in the SharePoint Online search.

A couple of suggestions come to mind, though admittedly I haven't tried them.

    1) Leverage SharePoint Hybrid Search to crawl the Azure File Share, this would require a SharePoint Server deployment on-premises.
    2) Using Microsoft Search and the Data Management Gateway, crawl the file share. Results will be exposed via Microsoft Search. This requires an on-premises deployment.

This should work in your scenario: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftSearch/file-share-connector
