Unable to print wrap text in Gannt Chart view in Project 2013

I'm unable to print wrap text in Gantt Chart view in Project 2013.  I double checked and the column is set to wrap text. When I print or print preview the document, the text fields are not wrapped. The column that has wrapped text is Task Name. I am able to print wrap text in Task Sheet view but not Gantt Chart view. Really need the Gantt chart to be printed with the task items.

I combed through the forums and thought it was because my Project was not updated with the last patches. Downloaded the June 2015 patch but still not able to print wrap text in Gantt Chart view.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Have you customized the Gantt chart view?  You may have success re-setting the view to default - but you will lose any customization.  If you have customized the view, save a copy of the view under a new name.  Return to the default Gantt chart view and reset it.  On the View ribbon click the text "Gantt Chart" under the first icon on the ribbon.  A drop down should appear - select "reset to default."
