Blurry Images when using mail merge from Word to .pdf

I use Word 2013 and the mail merge and then merge to PDF and send an email and attached PDF of the letter.  The header image is blurry and unprofessional.  Is there a way to correct this?  I've read the other articles and the suggestions don't make any difference.  I've used this type of mail merge since 2013 and have never had this issue until I received a new letter template from our marketing office. 

Any advice would be especially helpful.  Here is the template that I use.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Word | For home | Windows

    Unfortunately, I cannot download the template from that site to check it out.  If you can send me a copy by email, referencing this thread in the email message, I will investigate the issue.
