Add Attachment option not working in form

I have created a form that is drawing data from three linked tables, and one of them has an attachment field. When I click on the Manage Documents option for the field it does not give me an option to add attachments. I noticed that the option to do so quit working once I added data from a third table, and it doesn't matter which one. Is there a reason this happens? or a possible fix?
