Maximum number of displayed values in SharePoint Online Refinement Web Part limited to 50?

Hi,

I'm working with a client on SharePoint Online that is using navigation terms to tag documents. This comes through in search as RefinableString00.

In a summary/landing page, we are using a Content Search Web Part to return search results for the documents and a Refinement Web Part to show lists of values, using a refiner based on RefinableStrong00, to filter by. However, while the amount of available values should be greater than 50, about 65, only the top 50 are shown in the Refinement Web Part, even when "SHOW MORE" is clicked.

Can anyone let me know if this 50 item display limit per refiner is a hard maximum for the Refinement Web Part, or whether there is a way to show more than 50? Can't find anything definitive in the documentation.

I'd appreciate any help!

Thanks,

Paul

    Hi Paul,

There is a limit in Content Search web part displayed items which is 50 exactly, so after we choose one refiner in the Refinement web part, up to 50 items will be displayed.

Given this situation, you may submit feedback via uservoice, this is the best way to influence our products.

    Regards,
