How to get missing smartart layout for Excel 2010

Over the last week, I've noticed that a smartart option has disappeared from my available options in Excel 2010. I've checked on both my work and home versions and they have both 'lost' the smartart option.

It's called "Picture Organization Chart" and has the ID of "urn:microsoft.com/office/officeart/2005/8/layout/pictureOrgChart+Icon" and could be found under hierarchy.

I built an excel based tool, using VBA, that allowed me to select a smartart layout option and automatically created an organisation chart based on that. The above smartart was available and working well. The suddenly, about a week ago, Picture Organization Chart completely disappeared from my available options. When using some VBA code to list all available smartart layouts, it was gone. However, it still worked if I manually reference the ID above. That was until today. Now, even that doesn't work. 

I've searched on Google and here but can't find anyone with the same problem. The nearest I came were people saying they had lost them, but then later found they were looking under the wrong category.
