Hi guys

I have a problem. After I updated to the latest office 365 I can not reinstall my Access 2016. The runtime that is available is 2015 and will not allow me to install. Can anyone give me a workaround or fix please?

    Hi Gert,

I'd like to explain that it's not feasible for Office 2016 click-to-run version (Office 365) to coexist with volume license(MSI) / standalone version of Access 2016 on a single computer. We appreciate your understanding. Please refer to Office installed with Click-to-Run and Windows Installer on same computer isn't supported.

However, you could install Access professional/standard 2013 which could coexist with Office 2016 click-to-run version (Office 365). Besides, since Office 365 Business subscription doesn't have Access app, if possible, you could change the subscription to other Office 365 subscriptions which contains the Access app. Here is an article for your reference: compare Office 365 subscription.

    Best Regards,

    Jared
