Where do I find the "site URL"?

I have an Office 365 Personal subscription.  I mainly use Access (desktop).  I now want to create an Access web application.  The first prompt is "App name".  The second prompt is "Sharepoint or Office 365 site URL".  Where do I find this?  Or does my "Personal" subscription not allow for this functionality?  If so, to what subscription should I change/upgrade?

I don't think your Personal subscription has that capability. You need either the Pro Plus or E3/E5 subscriptions.

Hi Scott - I suspected that was the problem.  I am trying to change or upgrade my subscription, but I simply do not get anywhere.  I've been reading Microsoft online help and articles for the last two hours, and nowhere can I find a way to upgrade or change my account.  I appreciate any help!!
