No help from Microsoft - CSP.

Question

Microsoft's information on the CSP program is horrible.  Only links to info....no way to sign up.  

Two choices Direct or Indirect - again no sign up.

Go Indirect; contact one of Microsoft's listings:  AppRiver.  Specifically ask about Microsoft CSP...they state they will set me up as a reseller of their products; I will only hear from them, not Microsoft.  How does this help me further my partnership with Microsoft?????

This still will not allow me to set myself as the partner of record on a current Office 365 client.  AppRiver says I must migrate any existing Microsoft Office 365 users from Microsoft to AppRiver.   

Again - ???????

What CSP role do I need to have to send the reseller invitation mail?   

CSP partners with the Full Admin (AdminAgents) and Sales Support (SalesAgents) roles can send the mail.

Exactly my point!!!!! I can't get signed up as a CSP Partner, and receive no help in doing so!

Request a reseller relationship with a potential customer

You can send an invitation to potential customers to request establishing a CSP relationship with them. Once they accept your request, you can help them purchase additional subscriptions and administer their online services.

SAME Problem - I am not a CSP partner!

The private message has no bearing till I am A CSP PARTNER!

AppRiver set me up as a AppRiver reseller, not a Microsoft CSP Indirect Partner as I requested (since Microsoft provides no guidance on how to become an Indirect CSP Partner, only what is required to become one)
