I can't save my web page on Sharepoint after inserting an image

Hi, 

I am trying to edit a company website on Sharepoint. I created a webpage that has some text and then an image below it. I can save a publish the page with only the text. But as soon as I add the image below the text, the page won't save. Did anyone run into the same issue and does anyone know how to solve this issue?

1. Are you inserting a picture to a wiki page with steps below?

 

If so, please confirm which option you selected, and whether the image is displayed normally in the editing window.

2. Check if the same issue happens to a different page.
3. Clear the browser cache or use a different browser to check the outcome.
4. Does the issue occur to all users in your organization?

So I'm actually trying to insert an image from my computer to a page I created in Sharepoint. And this problem happens with every page that I've tried creating for several days now. And yes this problem occurs with all users of my organization.

Hi Genni,

For further investigation, please share with us the following information:

1. Clear the browser cache or use a different browser to check the outcome.
2. When you upload a local image, does it indicate the image is upload as follows?

3. When finished uploading, is the image displayed normally in the editing window?
4. Try choosing an image from your SharePoint site, and check if there is any improvement.
