To do this, follow the below steps -

    Open your mpp file

    Click Report menu

Click Visual Reports (on right side)

    Select Cash Flow Report

    Click Edit Template

Here you can add a new field

    Hello, Debra
I’m afraid is not possible to export the Task Usage View to excel.

But basically there are three ways to get the Project Usage view information into Excel.
The first is with a simple copy and paste. It's not elegant but it works.
The second is, via the Visual Reports or analyze data in excel
The third is with VBA, this is more complex but very flexible
But if you are familiar with Excel pivot tables then Visual Reports may be a better choice for you

Hope it helps you. Let us know if you have any other problem

    Best regards
    Maya A.

If I could add the Task Name to the Task Usage table that comes with the Cash Flow Report, that would be exactly what I need.  Is that possible?
