OneNote editing features (draw, insert, text, grayed out)

I am using OneNote app for windows 10. Today while using the Draw feature, suddenly within the one section only, all editing options are grayed out. I can't draw, insert, use text etc. This is only for that one section. I can't find a way to fix it.

    Hi Stacy,

    The easiest way is to create a new section and move all pages into it to replace the old problematic one.

    Then go to https://www.onenote.com/hrd with your OneDrive account and see if the new section appear in your notebook.

    Hi Stacy,

    If the issue still persists in new section.

    You can try following steps to update OneNote and reactivate it.

    In OneNote for Windows 10, click the Settings and More button Settings and More button in OneNote , click Settings, and then click About.

    The full version number is displayed immediately under the product name.
