The entries are stored in text files. You just have to locate them and identify the appropriate files to edit. The files are .ACL file type. You need to know the language code number. They have name format like this: MSO1033.acl. Correction, that is the old standard. Here is the new equivalent:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\1033\MSO.ACL
MS has created redundant (confusing) ways of identifying locals, numeric Local ID codes and text Culture codes.
The 2 codes you need are 1033 for US English and 2047 for English GB.
