Hi zeyer,
Thanks for posting in the community.
Base on my search, the error message is related to the MDM and MAM settings in Microsoft Intune. Please contact your admin/IT department and change the MDM and MAM settings to None. After that, sign in the account on this device again.
For your thread: User getting 8018002 error when trying to register device to company. Office support says its Azure problem.
If you have any updates, please feel free and come back to share with us.

Hi zeyer,
Thanks for posting back.
For AzureAdJoined and DomainJoined are set to NO, it means this device hasn’t been joined to Azure AD and joined to a domain (AD). Please check whether the account has signed in the device. (type Access work or school in the search box)
If your account has already signed in, you’d better contact your global admin/IT department to check whether the device is disabled in Azure AD and check your device Join Type. Also, as I mentioned, please contact your global admin/IT department to check the MDM and MAM settings in Microsoft Intune.

Also, for devices in Azure AD issues, we have a specific channel Microsoft Q & A Community coping with code questions, I suggest you post a new thread there for expert help.
Sorry for that our category may have limited resources on checking on the issue further.

George
Hi zeyer,
Thanks for posting back.
For the error messages you provided, base on my search, please try to activate the basic mobility and security service. It may take a few hours to work.
For your reference: Set up Basic Mobility and Security
Also, please run Command Prompt as admin and type dsregcmd /status command on the device, check whether the AzureAdJoined and DomainJoined are set to YES.
If you have any updates, please feel free and come back to share with us.
