Dear Ype de Boer
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you
You can create a folder template in SharePoint by following these steps:
- Create a new folder in your SharePoint library and name it "Template" or any name you prefer.
- Add the desired subfolders and files to the "Template" folder.
- Right-click on the "Template" folder and select "Download" to download the folder to your computer.
- Rename the downloaded folder to the name of your new project.
- Upload the renamed folder to your SharePoint library.
Now, whenever you need to create a new project with the same folder structure, you can simply copy the "Template" folder and rename it to the name of your new project. This will automatically create a new folder with the same subfolders and files as the "Template" folder.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
We look forward to your reply. Thanks for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
