Problem with SSPR While configuring the Self-Service password reset portal for my company users.

We chose the option for 2 verification steps and it's working fine.

After implementing SSPR user can still change the password.

    As per your given description, seems your query is "After implementing SSPR user can still change the password". Regarding your query, I would say yes, user will be able to change /reset password after implementing SSPR. It is expected behavior after SSPR enable.
