An eligible account for education is a prerequisite to set up an Office 365 for Education verified tenant. So, you cannot create an admin account for education in your scenario.

I want to create an account admin for education.
I wanna create a lot of account for my children to use teams to study online, cause' of covid, they can't go to school, they must study online with MS teams but they don't have enough money, and I don't have mail with the follow ".edu." so I can't create an account admin just for share to my children around my home.
My account: xxx@X .onmicrosoft.com.
Can you guy help me or give me a solution?

If so, the period should be one month.
