We are having trouble with one PC not being able to connect to a shared drive on our main server it will work but if you reboot the PC it just spins and eventually says it cannot access the server.

It is running windows 10 pro update 2004. The server is running 2003. We are in the process of updating it.

We have at least 5 other windows 10 Pro machines that can connect with no issues. I am 100% sure its a issue with the 2004 update but this PC is important because its our scanner PC. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?

I have checked all of the normal things that you would check when you have a network issue. It can connect to other PC's and NAS drives on the network but not this one server.

We solved the issue by reinstalling windows to 1809. It seems like the 2004 update has a bug or it will not support 2003 OS anymore.
