How to use Microsoft Word in MacOS

When I sign in E-mail on Microsoft word in Mac for log in, After that I can't use Microsoft every time but when I sign in E-mail on Microsoft365 web I can use Microsoft in Mac. How should I do? I want to use Microsoft word in Mac without any trouble.

    Is there any error message when you try to use Word?
    If yes, it‘s recommended to provide the error message to us for further analysis.

    Does this issue occur with other Office apps for Mac? Such as Excel.
    If not, please choose About Excel, take a screenshot of the interface and share with us. Please also remember to cover your privacy informtion, such as your email account.

    I also suggest you login your account to Services & Subscriptions to check which version of Office do you have.
    And then, you may uninstall Office completely on Mac, download and install Office again accoring to the reference "Download and install or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2019 on a PC or Mac".
