Make sure the service account you are using to populate the container must have Replicate Directory Changes Permissions in the Active Directory. Then you should be able to see what are the selected OU's from the container.

Hi All,
One of the previous SharePoint administrator at our company have configured user profile synchronization connection to active directory. Now if I try to change the OU in synchronization page populate container section is blank. Is there any find previously configured OUs.
Make sure the service account you are using to populate the container must have Replicate Directory Changes Permissions in the Active Directory. Then you should be able to see what are the selected OU's from the container.

You could according to Sharath's suggestion to check Replicate Directory Changes Permissions in the Active Directory.
In the synchronization connection settings, you should configure connection settings with correct forest name, authentication provider type, account name, password and port.
