Bitlocker keys not working

Hello, I have a question about bypassing bitlocker keys. I've been getting notifications to update bios on my Lenovo Yoga 920 for a little over a week now. I finally decided to do it and upon restart I was stuck on a screen asking for my bitlocker encryption key.

Despite never having enabled bitlocker, I had 3 keys tied to my account (all created in 2014) and I purchased this laptop in 2017. None of the 3 keys worked and I'm still locked out of my laptop. With my incredibly limited knowledge I tried some manage-bde commands and still couldn't bypass the locks on my drives and my computer is unusable. What can I do to fix this?

What's been left out: you should contact Lenovo support and ask them to instruct you in order to downgrade your bios. You need to know what version you came from, though (what version it was shipped with and lived on when bitlocker was already active). That may not even be possible to downgrade since some bios' do not allow it, but Lenovo will know this. After downgrading, windows will start without the Recovery key being asked for.

Things to learn: have a backup.

    Hi
BitLocker will ask for recovery key after we made a big change on a BitLocker encrypted machine, these types of big change including: BIOS update, firmware update, cumulative updates, hardware change etc. I’m afraid we cannot simply bypass BitLocker without a valid recovery key, you have to type in you BitLocker recovery key to access your data.
    Based on my research:
“Starting with Windows 10 version 1703, Windows will enable automatic Device Encryption on most notebook computers. This happens with the Lenovo factory preload, as well as a clean installation of Windows 10 from retail media.
When logging into a PC with a Microsoft account, the BitLocker recovery key is automatically backed up online and stored in Microsoft's cloud. The recovery key may be obtained at the following website, after logging on with the same Microsoft account that you use to logon to your PC: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=237614”
