LD3D (Small-Basic) ?

i was trying to download the litdev extension normally until i found this link: http://litdev.co.uk/LitDev3D.html#LD3D well, it looks very promising but how can i install this extension? litdev only has ld3d VIEW
(i try to install but it don't appear in the ide)

    According to the description the LD3D is only usable on a 64bit machine and with Small Basic version 1.0

    LD3DVIEW is the new version. I have never used it, but the has many commands.
