Hello Guys, I've my "AD SG-Group" synced to the Microsoft Project Web App Project site collection. So when ever a new user is added it syncs automatically in the PWA Resource center. But when the user is removed from AD SG Group the user still remains in the resource center even after "AD pool sync.." ran successfully. PFA

This is by design in Project Online and new behavior in Project Server 2013 when using the default SharePoint permissions mode. Please remove the user's Project Online license or remove the user's account from any groups with access to the PWA home page to solve the issue. Julie thanks for sharing this and this helps.

Here are the steps i did for a User no longer exists in the organization

Removed user license and access in O365 admin center ( user no longer exists in the org)

User not visible in any PWA groups

User is still visible in the "Resource center" table . So to remove from here do we need to delete from "Delete Enterprise Objects" page ?

If you delete resources from Project Web App, it will be permanently deleted, which may affects the reporting of actuals.

And AD sync will not remove users from Enterprise Resource Pool, It will only deactivate them.

Just to be clear the users no longer exists in the company so we want to get rid of them from PWA portal >Resource center and there is no dependency.

Are you saying even if the user no longer exists we should not delete from the "Resource Center table" ?

Please advise ?

Reason we have like 200 users no longer exists in the company . So unless if there is no impact on the reporting of actuals. It is safe to delete i guess ?
