Lost access to Microsoft authenticator

Question

I've been using Microsoft 365 through the student's account provided by my university but lately the phone in which I have the Microsoft authenticator app broke so I can't access it anymore, now I can't access my account in new devices since I don't have a way to use the authenticator's code

I've tried entering through Microsoft Word configuration since the session is open in the program but when redirected to the browser it asks me to log in and we're back to the beginning, also can't do it through the computer's configuration because my personal account is the administrator and if i try to switch to the university provided one it asks me to log in (again)

I have no saved backups nor have I created a recovery code (as I have done and printed with my personal account)

Is there a way to validate my identity so that I can access my account again?
