"identity validation process" Does not work. Results in "No access" error

I am trying to setup Trusted Signing. For this I must verify my Organisation.

I got this email: "Complete your identity validation process"

I click the button in the email, login, error:

I'm NOT using a VPN, there is nothing strange about my computer setup. I've retried the process with a VPN, same result.

Please fix your broken website so I can proceed with my task.
