Touch Screen is not enabled

How can I get my touch screen working. I think it is not turned on?

Can you please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up please.

To turn on or troubleshoot a touchscreen in Windows 11, use Device Manager and Windows Update.

1. Enable the touchscreen in Device Manager
   1. Right-click the Start menu and select Device Manager.
   2. Expand Human Interface Devices.
   3. Find HID-compliant touch screen.
   4. Right-click HID-compliant touch screen and select Enable device.
   5. If there are multiple HID-compliant touch screen entries, repeat for each.
   If the touchscreen still doesn’t respond after enabling, continue with updates.
2. Check for Windows and driver updates (Windows 11)
   1. Right-click the Start menu and select Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options.
   2. Make sure Receive updates for other Microsoft products is turned On.
   3. Under Additional options, select Optional updates.
   4. Select all optional updates, then choose Download and install.
   5. Go back to Windows Update and select Check for updates.
   6. Install all available updates.
   7. Restart the device after updates finish, even if not prompted.
