Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com

Good day. For your newly created alias on Microsoft account, it could be a setup delay or a configuration issue.
- After creation try to wait a bit and make sure the alias is fully active. Go to "Your info" > "Manage how you sign in to Microsoft" and confirm if the alias is listed. Try to set the alias as your "Primary" temporarily. Wait up to 24 hours after creation then test sending email again.
- Try to check for Outlook inbox rules, spam and forwarding settings. Open your Outlook and check: Junk/Spam folder, Other / Focused inbox tabs, inbox rules (Settings > Mail > Rules), Forwarding settings make sure emails aren’t being sent elsewhere.
- If nothing works, try to remove the alias and recreate it.
