    Hello Boogie_Blues,

    Thanks for your reply.

If multiple devices, browsers return the same issue. This might be an issue with the website and your internet itself. You can try to change your network DNS or try using a completely different network from another provider if possible to see if it connect.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello Boogie_Blues,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

If the same issue happens in another browser, this is likely an issue between the connection and the website. This message means that Edge fails to establish a connection to that website and reset it to attempt again. Before we proceed, could you please try to connect to another connection and try to access the website again?

    I'm waiting for your reply.

The error message in Microsoft Edge indicates that the browser cannot establish or maintain a secure connection to that specific site. From the available information, similar connectivity issues have been resolved when the problem was caused by local security or networking software rather than the browser itself.

Based on that, try these steps on Windows 11:

    1. Temporarily disable or adjust security software
      • Open any third‑party security suite (for example, Norton or similar) installed on the PC.
      • Check for web protection, safe browsing, or firewall modules that can block or filter HTTPS sites.
      • Temporarily turn those switches back on or off one by one and test the site again after each change.
      • If the site starts working after changing a setting, keep that configuration or add the site as an allowed/exception entry in that product.
    2. Check other security or filtering tools
      • If using VPN, ad‑blockers, or DNS‑filtering tools, temporarily turn them off and test.
      • If the site works with them disabled, configure an exception for the site in that tool.
    3. Confirm it is not a general browser issue
      • Since the same error appears in multiple browsers, focus on system‑wide components (security suite, firewall, VPN, or router content filtering) rather than Edge itself.

If none of the above changes restore access, test the same site from a different device on the same network. If it works there, compare security software and firewall settings between the two devices to find what is blocking the connection on the Windows 11 PC.
