I see other people reporting the same issue.
It sounds like the print system is crashing.
Is there a DMP or HDMP file for spoolsv.exe in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue or C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive
Thanks

Hello, we are facing problems after ΚΒ5006670 installation on numerous W10 pro fully updated computers. These computers are all in workgroup environments and after the installation of ΚΒ5006670 they can't print to network printers anymore and also on shared printers! Also, the printer properties do not open. The users are local admins.
Currently, we have to uninstall the update and postpone the re-installation for 7 days.
Does anyone have any advice on how to solve the problem?
Thank you in advance, George

Hi there,
Have you tried updating the PC to the next KB update?
Print Nightmare, sometimes called Chaos Print Nightmare, is the nickname for a vulnerability that allowed attackers to remotely execute code using the Print Spooler service.
KB5004945 was intended to fix the issue, but it had an unintended side effect of stopping printing on various printers. In response to the issue, Microsoft has now released and pushed a Windows update (KB5004237) that fully addresses the issue.

Hi all, on C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive I can see a crash for Windows Explorer (App_Hang_Explorer.exe_xyz...).
The other symptom I can see is that you can't open network printer's properties.
Thank you,
George
Hello. Our printers have also stopped printing. No solution ?
Does those Computers use Intel Network Drivers? If so, I might have a solution!
