Check these things in order:
- Confirm the purchase went through
- Go to the Microsoft account order history page: account.microsoft.com/billing.
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account used on the Xbox Store.
- Select Payment & billing > Order history and filter by today’s date.
- Verify that the Robux order shows with status Completed or Redeemed. If it shows In progress, it has not fully posted yet and may take more time.
- Make sure the correct account was charged
- If there are multiple Microsoft accounts, verify the order appears under the correct one.
- If the order does not appear at all, the purchase may not have completed.
- If the purchase is missing or looks wrong
- If this appears to be an accidental or unauthorized purchase, follow the guidance under “How do I cancel an unauthorized or accidental purchase?” which directs to the refund process for Microsoft Store items: Returning items you bought from Microsoft for exchange or refund.
- If someone else might be using the account
- If there is any suspicion that someone else is using the Microsoft account, follow the steps to recover a hacked or compromised account and secure it: How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account.
If the order shows as Completed/Redeemed in Microsoft order history but the Robux is still missing from the Roblox account after some time, contact Microsoft Store Support using the options provided on the Microsoft Store help pages referenced in the context, and also contact Roblox support so they can check the Roblox-side account linkage.
