Authenticator sending codes to a broken phone

My phone broke yesterday and I have a new phone now. I was able to recover most of my apps from the old phone because of my Google account, but the link between Facebook and the app is gone. Facebook keeps sending the codes to Authenticator on my broken phone and I am locked out of my account on all my devices. What can I do?
