Microsoft Photos Viewer cannot Print

My OS is Win10 Enterprise with 21H1, when I started Microsoft Photos Viewer and try to print from there, by clicking the Print Icon, the print job always stuck in the print queue and I have to remove the print files from C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS, in order to remove the stuck print job.

Looks like the Win2022 standard server print server not sending the job to the Xerox printer, when I open print queue from print server, it always say the status is Printing. When i delete the print job, it will change the status to Deleting, but never delete succesful.

Wondering is the Photos app issue or print server setting issue. I have deployed Fuji Xerox DocuCenter C5575 printer on the server.

There was not problem right click the same photo and select print from the menu.

May I know if there configuration I could do on either print server side, endpoint laptop side?

I have tried below but no success.

  1. Press Windows + X keys together and click on Windows PowerShell (Admin).
  2. Now type in the command and hit Enter: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  3. Restart the PC.

Please advise.
