    The word that you are looking for is solve, not slove.

    Run process Monitor. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon

    Set a filter for "path contains powershell".

    In the trace you should see some process launching Powershell, and if you double click on the Powershell process you will be able to see any command line arguments that were passed to it.

    i know its IE BECAUSE MY IE crashe my computer crashe
    and I Shut down my computer
    and I restart my computer again and all crashe
    powershell open a lot automatic crashe
    also this applictation wrong

    and then my Computer mouse cant open anything like Toolbar IE Chrome
    and I reboot windows 10
    my Computer can click open and use IE Chrome
    but powershell Flashing never stop again
