Intel i7 7700K (4.20 GHz) Not compatible with Windows 11?

So when will this cpu be made compatible with Windows 11?
I'm sure it has to be, there is no question about it.

The health check app tells me it's "not currently compatible" .. but it's making me a bit worried to find no answers for this.

    The selection of processor are made in accordance with many factors and the important one is DCH principle.

    Some 7th and all 8th generation processor are currently supported. It seems your processor is not listed in the supported processor list. Windows might test your processor and hopefully update the list.
