    Hi there,

Before deploying Microsoft Store for Business and Education apps to devices that run the full Configuration Manager client, consider the following points:

    1. For full functionality, devices need to be running a supported version of Windows 10 or later.
    2. Register or join devices to the same Azure AD tenant where you registered the Microsoft Store for Business and Education as a management tool.
    3. When the local Administrator account signs in on the device, it can't access Microsoft Store for Business and Education apps.
    4. Devices need a live internet connection to the Microsoft Store for Business and Education.

You can get more info regarding this from here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/apps/deploy-use/manage-apps-from-the-windows-store-for-business

    Hi, @Andy
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Have you checked the below thread? It has the similar issue with your issue, and finally the OP found we have to register or join Devices and Users to the same Azure AD tenant where you registered the Microsoft Store for Business as a management tool.
