Hi Guys,
I would like to sync On-Prem AD security groups to the O365 group. Is there any way to sync please advise ?

AAD Connect syncs them just fine: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/whatis-azure-ad-connect

Here is my requirement.
I've a On-prem security groups Ex: Managers Group with 200 members. And i've a new O365 group with no members added.
So is there any way to synchronize all the members in On prem to the O365 grp daily at a specific time.
Note: We dont have any on-prem exchange servers
No. O365 are "special" case, they dont map to on-premises groups. You can however use PowerShell or the Graph API to populate their membership.
As michev mentioned above, we could use AAD connect to help us sync the objects in AD.

You can sync AD security groups to Azure AD with AAD connect tool and you can convert Distribution list(s) to Office 365 groups.
