vs 16.7.2 update = No Toolbox. How to get back ? Today ?

Hello & Thanks ;
I just installed MS Visual Studio Community 2019 Version 16.7.2' ,
and now there is no Populated ToolBox window . Only this msg:
"There are no usable controls in this group .
Drag an item onto this text to add it to the toolbox. "
Pls , how can I get Toolbox back ?
Today ?

    @vmars316 ,

    You have to actually have a Form Designer (or any Designer) open to see anything in the Toolbox.
