I understood that you are unable to sign up to Microsoft account using the work email ID. Hence, I would suggest you contact your IT administrator to add the email ID to your organizational tenant/ organizational azure active directory.
Once this work email ID is added to your organizational tenant, please follow the below steps to create a Microsoft azure account suing your work email ID.
Please follow the steps below to create an Azure profile.
- Open Edge browser | InPrivate mode
- Navigate to: Pay-As-You-Go
- Click on “Purchase”
- Sign-Up using your work email.
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- Update the Payment method – Click NEXT and STOP
