HTTP 500 error after deploy split-merge tool

I deployed the split-merge tool to test the movement of data between shards, I followed every step of this manual 1: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/database/elastic-scale-configure-deploy-split-and-merge. But although azure shows the service running ok, when I try to make an HTTP request, I get an HTTP 500 error.

Notes:
I already checked the certificate and connection strings like the manual says and are ok.

Can someone tell me what else I should check?

Hi @Roque, Mairelin , sorry for the trouble you are facing. I tried following up the article and was able to connect to cloud service through http request, so it looks like some issue with configuration. Could you please help us with the below details?

Please provide the http request (you can mask the sensitive information)

Were you able to see the certificate selection dialog when accessing the cloud service as in screenshot?

If possible, could you provide the ServiceConfiguration.cscfg file (you can mask the sensitive information)?

We can start with checking these information first to really understand the root cause and proceed further then.
