Visual studio 2017 and 2019 always appearing on different monitors at startup

I have 3 monitors. Everytime I start Visual studio 2017 or 2019, the window appears on a different monitor, which is quite annoying as you have to re-arrange the main window and the tool windows everytime.
The problem is not occurring with visual studio 2015.
Any clues?

You could try to type
Windows(logo)+shift+Enter, when visual studio has located on the specified screen. The shortcut will help you pin the application to current monitor.Best Regards,
