Hi,
We've got a problem with one of our employees' account who couldn't get to log in to her Microsoft Account through her Phone. She receives "verify your identity" and its displaying last 2 digits mobile number of our ex-employee.
One thing to note is that she has the previous employee's email. We modified the username, password, contact details and changed phone number to her number.. but even then she isn't receiving the OTP... its still redirecting to ex-employee..
We highly appreciate if Microsoft looks into this matter..
