    Hi,

In the above statement, it says,"only Credit/Debit card is accepted as valid payment method for Azure subscriptions. Please use a valid Credit/Debit card which has international transaction enabled." But when I used my debit card which has international transaction enabled, it said "check with your bank. your bank couldn't authorize this payment method".

I contacted bank and they don't have any idea on this as other transactions are working fair from the same card.

    Can you please help?

@Sravanth - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thanks for reaching out.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Please be informed, only Credit/Debit card is accepted as valid payment method for Azure subscriptions. Please use a valid Credit/Debit card which has international transaction enabled.

Virtual or pre-paid credit or debit cards aren't accepted as Payment for Azure subscriptions and unfortunately you won’t be able to sign-up for an Azure subscription without using a Credit card. Also, American Express (AMEX) is no longer supported as a Payment Instrument for Azure accounts.

Setting up Azure has been frustrating. It is suprising Microsoft has not figured this out considering the amount of organizations that use Microsoft products in Nigeria. Very terrible User experience.
